Brian has been with CTI Business Travel (CTI) since its inception in 1987. He worked with his mother– Founder, and former CEO — Linda Dickerson to build CTI’s reputation as a leader in business travel management. With “Service a Step Above” as their mission, CTI grew from a local business into one of the leading business travel management companies it is today.
Brian was named President and Chief Executive Officer at CTI Business Travel in April 2010. His positions with the company have been numerous: serving as director of sales until 1995, CFO/COO from 1995-2001, and Company President from 2001-2010.
The tenure of Brian’s leadership has chartered a course demonstrating how to deliver “Service a Step Above” in the digital age. He has championed new technology while empowering employees to rely on their expertise to be hands-on and proactive in exceeding the expectations of our clients. Brian attended Utah Valley University
Bruce joined CTI Business Travel in 1992 as an outside sales manager. In 1995 he was appointed the director of sales and customer service. Bruce expanded his role, spearheaded the development of CTI meetings plus as a premium corporate meeting product. In 2001 Bruce was appointed Corporate Vice President of CTI.
Bruce has also been invaluable in developing strategies to bring cutting edge technology to our corporate clients while assuring that the service level received by travelers is never sacrificed
Prior to joining CTI Business Travel, he held account management positions Globe Life and for a Curtis Mathis retail store, Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University.
Director of Operations and Clinical Conference and Events Specialist
Heather joined the CTI Business Travel accounting team in 2014. From there she has grown and expanded her skillset to advance into the role of Director of Operations in 2016.
During the past year she continued with her current job responsibilities while developing a new sales division: Clinical Conference and Events and functions as its specialist.
Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Utah Valley University.

Kyle joined CTI Business Travel in 2010 as and inside sales manager. In 2011 Kyle expanded his role to include outside sales and customer service. In 2013 Kyle was appointed to Global Sales Manager. Since joining CTI Business Travel Kyle has help develop partnerships with industry leading travel and expense SAP Concur and continues to spearhead CTI Business Travels Partnership Programs.
