TRAVEL NEWS – JetBlue is launching a new customer experience campaign called “Just Alright Doesn’t Fly Here.” The message is designed to remind travelers they deserve better and shouldn’t have to settle for “just alright.”

“JetBlue has always believed that travelers deserve better, and going above and beyond for our customers has been an integral piece of JetBlue’s DNA since day one,” said Elizabeth Windram, vice president of marketing, JetBlue. “This campaign is designed to shine a much-needed spotlight on the complacency that’s become an all too common part of the airline experience and show those who haven’t traveled with us before that there’s a better way to fly.”

The campaign includes the restyling of Jetblue’s Airbus A320 fleet. The restyled A320s and the new A321neos will see new added features designed to increase customer comfort and enhanced onboard experience to include the following:

            1-Wider seats

            2-Increased legroom

            3-Inflight entertainment with over 100+ DIRECTV® channels

            4-Free movies and shows

            5-Expanded free Wi-Fi

To reinforce the message, JetBlue came up with three clever 30-second ads playing off the idea that the famous Wright Brothers, or in this case “Alright Brothers,” are to blame for poor customer experience in the airline industry.
